Nutrition Appointment Hours
Virtual appointments only from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Tuesday and Wednesday.
Hours are subject to change.
Please note that the session will still end at the scheduled time if you are late for your appointment. If Ellen begins your appointment late or early, the session will run for the full duration and end accordingly.
Fee for Service: Payment
Cash, checks, most major credit cards, and Zelle are accepted. Payment is due at the time of appointment. If you have forgotten to bring payment, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Questions about fees and payment should be discussed prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation notice by phone (not email or text) is respectfully required. You will be charged for the missed appointment unless notice of cancellation is received 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. This fee is waived in the case of emergency hospitalization or natural disasters. The fee for missed appointments will be charged to your account.
If you repeatedly do not show up for appointments or have repeated cancellations, this may result in the termination of E.L.M. Wellness’ services.
